No-Bake Vegan Gluten-Free Peanut Butter Oatmeal Energy Bites

Vegan, Gluten Free, and full of fuel!

These energy bites are the perfect snack to long days at the office or out on the soccer field. Compact little nuggets of complex carbs, satisfying crunch, and a little bit of sweetness. I store mine in the fridge and parcel out a few each day, but they last just fine at room temperature as well.
