I watch a lot of cooking shows. I also watch a lot of dancing shows. I’ve figured out I must be in awe of those who are so amazing at doing things that I can’t. And while I still can’t do a Grand Jete or a Headspin, I have been able to pick up a few tips and tricks from great shows like Top Chef and Chopped when the commentators explain some of the techniques the contestants are (or should be) doing.
